Definition:

  • Rape – Life imprisonment
  • Unlawful sexual intercourse (with a person under 14 years) – life imprisonment
  • Unlawful sexual intercourse (with a person under 17 years) – 10 years imprisonment
  • Indecent assault (basic offence) – 8 years imprisonment
  • Possession of child pornography (basic first offence) – 5 years imprisonment
  • Bestiality – 10 years imprisonment
